COLLINSVILLE STUDENTS

Collinsville Students exists to guide 6th–12th graders and their families to pursue Christ at every crossroad. Every ministry opportunity is designed to lift high the name of Jesus so students come to saving faith in Christ, grow in their daily walk with Him, and go reach those far from God for His glory.

OUR WHY

This generation of students is hungry for more—more authenticity, more substance, more purpose, and more of what truly matters. That’s why, in Collinsville Students, we aim for more than attendance, fun, or a quick experience. We want students to leave with more—namely, Jesus.

Today’s students long to make an impact, and there is no greater impact than knowing Jesus as Savior and Lord and sharing who He is and what He has done. Our desire is to see students walk the halls of their schools, compete on their teams, show up at work, and live in their homes as everyday missionaries equipped to share the good news of Jesus Christ, having been transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

This mission shapes everything we do as we invest in and equip the next generation.

OUR WHAT

Sunday Experience

Sunday mornings are designed to help students grow deeper in God’s Word and in community. Because we desire for every student to truly know the God we serve, we meet at 9am in age- and gender-specific classes where Scripture is read, taught, and discussed. Once a month, we gather together as one large group in the student area to strengthen unity and give our leaders a time to be refreshed and poured into.

Midweek Experience

Wednesday Worship is a time to gather for a shared meal, worship through singing and preaching, and build community through small groups and intentional fellowship. Our adult leaders faithfully invest in students, helping them grow spiritually and personally. We also provide leadership opportunities so students can live out Ephesians 4:12 and use their gifts to serve and build up the body of Christ.

Ministry Experience

Throughout the year, we provide opportunities for students to grow in their faith and share it beyond our weekly gatherings. Events like Fall Retreat, DNow Weekend, and Camp allow students to engage deeply with Scripture and build meaningful relationships with one another and with students from other churches. We also offer mission trips that challenge students to boldly share what God has done in their lives and the truth of the gospel. Additional local fellowships, activities, and worship nights help strengthen their faith and create spaces to live it out in community.

Parents

Collinsville Students recognizes that parents need support as well. Our goal is to see parents who know God, lead their students faithfully, and live lives devoted to Him. Parent lunches, service opportunities, and practical equipping classes—along with other resources—are all designed to strengthen and encourage parents as the primary disciple makers in their homes.
